Hosting & Infrastructure
The MemberArea platform runs on EU-based cloud infrastructure. We engage a number of sub-processors for hosting, file storage, content delivery, payment processing, email delivery and real-time messaging. The full list, including each provider's purpose and processing location, is set out in our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution (EU)
We are neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for Content
The contents of our pages have been created with the greatest possible care. We are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law.
