Tool comparisons

Honest comparisons of the well-known platforms: their strengths, their limits and who each one actually fits.

A comparison is only worth something when you can tell where the numbers came from. Every article here prints the date the prices were checked at the source below the table and links each provider's pricing page. Checking happens on the official page and not on comparison portals, and every number is taken twice. Where something cannot be backed up, there is a link instead of a figure.

I run one of the compared platforms myself. That is why every article says what the others are better at, and the limits of MemberArea sit in the same table. Prices move, and a monthly run tells me when a check date ages or a figure drifts, so nothing stays here that no longer exists.

What the tables have no room for sits in the text: contract terms, support languages and how easily you get your data back out.

Frequently asked questions

How current are the numbers?

Every table carries its check date. A monthly run compares the tables against my price ledger and reports anything that ages or drifts apart. The recheck itself happens by hand on the provider's page.

Can these comparisons be neutral if you sell a competing product?

Neutral would be overpromising. Verifiable is the goal: every figure has a source, every limit is named, including my own. Where another provider fits better, the article says so.

Why are some providers missing?

Because I only compare what I have set up and used myself. A provider I know only from its website does not make it into the table.
